Shipping Information

Online orders will be processed at the beginning of each week and shipped out every Thursday. Any orders received Thursday or later, will be processed the following week and shipped the following Thursday, as scheduled. 

Merchandise orders will also be shipped every Thursday.




Returns & Exchanges

At Wilder our goal is to provide you with exceptional service, and the highest quality of goods. 

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase in any way, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us about a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase by emailing us at We’ll do our best to set things right.

Please note that we can not accept returns on coffee due to its perishable nature. Our return policy pertains strictly to merchandise. However, if you are dissatisfied with your coffee, please contact us immediately. If something doesn't taste as expected, we want to know. We are constantly cupping our coffees for quality, future roasts, and blend progression. It is important you contact us within the first two weeks of the coffee being roasted.
